ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

  • Standard: 3-7 business days ($6.95)
  • Express: 2-3 business days ($14.95)
  • Free shipping on orders over $100

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Canada/Mexico: 5-10 business days ($14.95)
  • Europe: 7-14 business days ($19.95)
  • Worldwide: 10-21 business days (rates vary)
  • Customs/duties may apply

You’ll receive:

  • Shipping notification with tracking number
  • Delivery updates from carrier

MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS
May ship separately if:

  • Items have different stock locations
  • Some products require special handling
    Separate tracking numbers provided

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • Freight forwarders
  • Certain restricted countries

DELIVERY ISSUES
For delayed/lost packages:

  1. Check tracking information first
  2. Contact carrier directly
  3. If unresolved, notify us within 14 days
